Fulton's on the River restaurant scolded for allegedly removing 'License Suspended' sign

<!-- Module starts: a-body-first-para (ArticleText) -->Shut down Thursday for a fruit fly infestation and then rebuked Friday for allegedly removing the "License Suspended" sign from its door, Fulton's on the River was already having a bad week with city health inspectors.
And then the popular River North restaurant, located at 315 N. LaSalle St., failed inspection again late Friday.
"Much to our surprise and disappointment, they failed re-inspection," said Tim Hadac, the city Health Department spokesman
