Fulton's on the River restaurant scolded for allegedly removing 'License Suspended' sign

And then the popular River North restaurant, located at 315 N. LaSalle St., failed inspection again late Friday.
"Much to our surprise and disappointment, they failed re-inspection," said Tim Hadac, the city Health Department spokesman
