Scavengers scour through 'rubbish' from recycling bin
STOMPer Doris was shocked when she saw this 'maid' and a man, apparently a mini-mart owner, rummaging through a large recycling bin at Gangsa Road.
After the pair were done searching the rubbish in the bin, they left the scene with a carton box and a plastic bag.
Doris says in an email:
"A maid with thirty years experience working in Singapore and the man, and the owner of a mini-mart in an HDB Estate, were vigorously digging in a big recycling bin.
"See what both of them found?"
