Some Sammyboy threads on PAPs are on Google first page

Out of curiosity, I googled a few PAP MPs and saw Sammyboy threads about them on first page. For instance, Baey Yuck Keng google first page result will show the thread of him losing a place to read medicine to his foreigner friends.

I suppose if we want to embarrass them, all google first page searches should reflect Sammyboy threads on them. How to do this? Any web or Search Engine Optimization expert?
