Some PRC drivers deliberately roll over accident victims again to make sure they die

Such incidents are not uncommon in China. When drivers knocks down anyone, they will deliberately roll over the victim again and again, to make sure that the victim die.

The evil logic is that if the accident victims are permanently disabled or injured, the driver have to compensation the victims and their family for a lifetime (medical treatment, living expenses, recovery treatment, handicap compensation .), and the compensation amount is huge. But if the victim is dead, it will only be a one time compensation, and the total amount compared to a lifetime compensation is probably smaller.

All PRC drivers know about this. This is truly a very evil way of thinking. Unfortunately, there are several of such cases in China. There are more and more PRCs on our road these days. I hope such things don't happen in Singapore.

Its a stupid law, I think you will surely do the same if the law is like that in Singapore.
