Soh Rui Yong keeps pressing the self-destruct button.
He fell into a Gin-Defamation trap.
The defense was correct that even if the statement was defamatory, he was not identified.
Now that he has come out to self identify, it's a legal phenomenon called 對號入座 made famous by my ex mentor.
That means from now on all his clients, current and ex, are not allowed to say negative things about lawyers.
