In HK personal injury could land you in jail...if the person injured press charges..and the police will ask you!

but in SGP, if you don't report or insufficent witnesses, the person who committed the injury could get away scott free..

will that person who got away scott free return to whack for another day?

what kinds of stupid laws are we having now?

does it means it's more acceptable to whack another now?

what's the purpose of the police maintaining peace and order?

so why are we still paying taxes since we are having third world policing standards?

all these years, 'crime watch' on tv and the govt controlled newspaper potrayed the police to be super efficient and have managed to psycho us sinkies to be law abiding even though in reality we have less law enforcement officer per capita than ny etc.

with the internet, now we know how 'good' the police really is. mas escape, patrol cars caught sleeping on stomp, bochap assault cases, molest hostess, harass nmp who was doing a survey.

other than when going after csj, has anyone really witnessed them garang in action?
