Why so call SANCTIONS have NO EFFECTS on NK?
Because they had always been a CLOSED ECONOMY!
Even Iran which depends on exporting oil all the while don't appear to be afraid of so called Sanction. Many customers will get around the so called sanction to buy Iranian oil, until such that Stupid Joker Dotard had to come out a list of EXEMPTION OFF THE SANCTION! What is sanction with Exemption then? Just a CB without hole! == Useless!
So called Economic Development is a Trap, and if Kim Jong Nuke fell for it, then he will become sensitive to sanction and can be affected by sanction from now on! So NEVER! NEVER! NEVER! Don't go for any Economic Development nor Peace. Soooo Fucking Extremely STUPID!!

There is a sharp rapid but very short term gain, China is now still in this phase, but it will be definitely followed by a much longer term decay and die out phase, and it will fall further and lower than your original state before you began so called Economic Development. You will struggle and be in huge debts, you will face big unemployment and closure of businesses, bankruptcy everywhere, devaluation of all properties, (like the countless $1 homes in USA), bed debts suicides, fallen regimes and government and political parties, Protest, Demonstrations, Violence, Crimes, Coup D'etat, Martial Laws... death tolls. Endless.

Inducing other fools to believe in your faked values, and this will give you a rapid short term gain. And it will snowball, but not really snowball, as wealth does not expand any further. The snowball is by territory and population level, that is more countries will follow and join the Ponzi Scheme. And WHAT REALLY HAPPENS IS WHEN MORE OTHERS BEGAN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENTS == THEY WILL FUCK THE EARLIER DEVELOPMENTS & DE-VALUATE them, compete & still business & jobs from them, and make them Decline Helplessly!
Developing Economies will steal jobs and businesses from Developed Economies, so the 1st world will die DRY & HIGH, cannot back-down, cannot REVERSE, cannot MAGA! Further Newer Developing Primitive Economies will push the Developing Economies and edge them out. The whole thing is like a non-stop conveyor belt, moves only one way, and at the end of this conveyor belt is your grave, nothing else, no utopia, no heaven! No wealthy wonderland!
USA already found themselves there, EU also, Japan also, All of G20 G25 are in various stages behind the G7, on this conveyor belt to graveyard.
