SMRT terminates AMK to Pasir Ris line (via Jurong E) from Dec 27!!!

What is direct train service from AMK to Pasir Ris?
The train goes from AMK to Pasir Ris without stopping?
Looking at the map AMK to Jurong East then to Pasir Ris? Isn't that fucking far?

i think its the direct train from NS to EW - meaning passenger need not switch trains at Jurong East to ease congestion.

this also adds a train service to EW line (which has higher passenger loads)

normally you need to switch at Jurong East for all Northbound trains.

i think this is one of the stupid ideas by their scholars again to mess up the train schedules and vary the congestion level so that one have the idea that congestion has eased somewhat.

No lah, may be one of the wrong templates again.:*:

do you all know that actually, in all these breakdown circumstances and fault still barely known, according to LTA protocol, SAFETY IS #1, they should not have allowed passengers on board and allow SMRT to run revenue service. If the train get DE-railed on the track, whose head is going to roll or would they tell us move on, it's an honest mistake!

isn't the circle line for that?
someone travel from AMK to Pasir Ris would make sense to use the circle line?
instead of sitting inside the train from AMK (north) to Jurong (west) then to Pasir Ris (east).....
Fucking stupid right? No wonder MRTs are congested....sinkies wasting time taking scenic route to maximise their paid fares?
Correct me if i am wrong
