i have been hearing stories about why some non smokers, smokers, and smokers who quit halfway die young, and some lived to age 80+ smoking all his life.
my gather of information:
if you started young smoking from age 12+, your body is seasoned and so no problem. i know one ah peh who has been smoking all his life lived to the ripe old age of 80+
if you are a non-smoker all your life and you get exposed to smoke, you will be hit. true story: a pilot always gather his friends to play poker in his air-con room, the wife is a non-smoker all her life and was hit with lung cancer.
a someone who quit smoking went exercise regularly to quit the habit, but was later diagnosed with lung cancer.
so, to quit or not...?
