Quite unfair to consumers, isn't it? IDA uses SamKnows, which obviously is bias towards the 3 big ISPs.

The other troubling issue is after IDA knows the result, what does it do with it other than prepare budget for the next study and mind you, this study has been on-going and on-going and will continue to be on-going, yet our internet speed still cannot match that of South Korea.
