Sinkies singles do not have off springs to rely on. Moreover we got aged parents to look after. When we r in our 60s we just want to take our CPF and enjoy our retirement in peace in THE environment we grew up in and enjoy our remaining years without paying our arms and legs for a cup of coffee and everything else! Is that so much to ask! Gahment may put forward glowing plans for a sparkling metropolis in 20-30 years time but that does not interest me unless someone come up with an anti-aging pill that can make someone in their 80s the vigor in their 50s. We built this city with our money (and rock & roll), let us enjoy our retirement. U want to build a metropolis for the people who wants to come here, do it somewhere else!
