- Cases in community: 2 (1 Singaporean, 1 Work Pass holder)
- Cases residing in dormitories: 452

Of new cases, 99% are linked to known clusters, the rest are pending contact tracing

- in hospitals: 179 (0 in ICU)
- in community facilities: 4,940

Fatalities: 27
Total discharged: 45,692
- discharged today: 171

I don't see why the term "ravaged" is being used because the virus causes either no symptoms or just mild symptoms in the vast majority of those that catch the bug.

"Ravaged" should be used for illnesses that are actually serious.
