Wild boat meat is nice and healthy.

I couldn't tell between wild boar and ordinary pork... tastes pretty much the same but I found it tougher than regular pork.

Wild boar meat is generally more lean than the leanest cut of farmed poultry. Being wild caught, it is also devoid of unhealthy feed and meds. Cooked with ginger and oyster sauce, it does not smell or taste gamey at all.
