Within three days of viewing a 20th-storey flat at Natura Loft in Bishan Street 24, Mr Wong Jing Yean placed a $1.07 million bid on April 7, the start of the two-month-long circuit breaker period.

It was the highest among several for the 120 sq m, or nearly 1,300 sq ft, Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS) unit, with a panoramic view of the city skyline.

Oppie's constant anti-PAP bullshit to be propaganda. Singapore's property are worth so much largely thanks to the good PAP government that we have. Sinkies feel safer spending $1 million on property here than buying cheaper bungalows in JB.
 
I am seriously thinking of buying a property in US. I can buy such beautiful house for for less in SGD 1M and it is freehold. Not to mention the size and freedom that comes with it.

 
Despite its atas name DBSS, its still a HDB flat with a hefty price tag. Really stoopig to pay so much.

Didn't know you are so dumb. Do you know how big is the US? Texas alone, it is so much bigger than Singapore plus Malaysia together. It is like JB having flood and you say Singapore is also flooded.

It looks like the whole of the west coast is shrouded in bushfire smoke.

A simple Google search will show that Texas is the most disaster-prone state in the US. You are quite dumb to think that living in US is mostly a smooth sailing dream with minor hiccups.

If you care to look at the video, or read Chinese, the place is in Huston, Texas. Where many advanced medical research center are placed there. Not to mention space technology center. Also, there are many Asians living there.
