It's never too late to do anything. I'm currently enrolling to learn German.
That said you'll probably not reach the level of a qualified MMA fighter anytime soon.

During my school days martial arts was very popular. I would say that the majority of my friends took it up.
That was when we were students & as we grew older we had to focus on work, spend time with family, prepare for IPPT,... i.e. join the rat race.
