Hi,
Went for an interview at A*STAR recently, 2 forigeners interviewed me. They did not choose me, I think they chosen a foreigner over me.
It really sucks, I guess they think foreigners are talent and I a Singaporean is not.

Nothing to do with foreign or local. Successful candidate was talent. Unsuccessful candidate was not.

A-Star don't give scholarship based on nationality or race.

They use criteria-based system to compare between candidates.
I can vouch for that.
