Three men literally fought to save a woman from prostitution in Geylang yesterday.

Mr Cai (49, banker), was having breakfast with two German friends at about 7.30am on Monday morning (6 Feb) at Geylang Lorong 10, when they heard a woman screaming.

The three men saw a woman being forced by eight men to solicit for sex in the streets.

The woman, a Chinese national, claimed that she was being beaten by the men and forced to sell her body.

The three men went over to help the woman and ended up fighting with the eight men.

The police were alerted to stop the fight.
