This 3 years old kid is a foreigner and was hospitalised after high fever. Hospital say he kenna meningitis.

He was in and out of hospital for 3 months and undergone 2 operation. Total stay in hospital was more than 1 month.

The bill came up to $130,000. The parents couldnt pay so ask MP K Shamugam to write letter to hospital requesting for payment to be made $250 monthly.

Meaning it would take 42 years to finish paying. More than 100 people had offered to help the family financially to pay for the bill.

晚报昨日报道，活泼可爱的3岁男童陈德杰高烧入院后，发现患脑膜炎，两次手术后虽捡回一命，但至今不能走、吃和讲话，令伤透父母的心。

为了全心照顾他，妈妈许达凤（34岁）辞掉客户服务员工作。

她今早透露，儿子6月底发高烧，3个月来进出医院4次，共住院1个多月，医药费达12万6629元。
