Many Singaporean Chinese do not happy and disappointed to receive funeral service from non Singaporean Chinese who work in funeral service is because they are not racist. After few days of wake and follow by funeral, the non Singaporean Chinese workers never respect and try to understand the Singaporean Chinese culture and faiths.

Even the biggest Singaporean Casket paid the Pallbearer with monthly incomes from $1900-2500 per month. They still cannot get young Singaporean Chinese to work in the industries.

Our MOM should review the salary and the working environment. We shall have a proper training vacation license that issue from NEA.

License to be renew annually base on the community need:-

I had interview many Malaysian and China who work in Funeral service, their annual income tax was above $30,000.00. If plus red package maybe above $40,000.00.

Duty of Pallbearer:-

1) Shifting; remove body from house, nursing home or hospital to casket company.

2) In house duty: Placing Body into Casket, Dressing, Make up and Embalming Body.

3) Sending: Send casket to void deck, house, parlor or condominium park.

4) Funeral; From the wake to crematorium or burial.

5) Service; Evening Service: 7pm-10.30pm and Night Guard Service: 10.30pm-7am

Ya PRC get $4,000.00 per month

Singaporean shall work freelance. Today Body at Chia Huat work Chia Huat. Tomorrow Body at Chye Seng work Chye Seng.

Makeup and Embalming only Phinoy. Our ITE do not had Embalming cert.
