Anyone know who was that Chow Ang Mo? He seemed to over-react by protecting PAP calling our leader capable and efficient beyond words. Throughout the show, he was so hyperactive to suck PAP until the host cringed and tried to stop him. He didn't want to care so much what the passengers think but more of what service providers did and did enough. Consumers should not be demanding or expect high standard. Besides, he felt SMRT problems was largely due to commuters setting high expectation and Singapore has not educated comsumers well enough. He think service providers are not in the wrong and cannot shoulder the full blame.
