Many sinkies are quite free lazing around, some at void decks and many behind computers surfing Sammyboy.

I think it'd be a good idea to bring back the jury system, so that every criminal case we have 12 sinkies sitting in the court for a whole day. If a criminal case stretches more than a week, it will keep many unemployed sinkies occupied.

Now that the term 'blogger' has come to be regarded as a profession in its own right, I think we should do the same for jury. Govt must think out of the box. Security and taxi cannot absorb all the unemployed sinkies.

Imagine if the courts handle 100 criminal cases a month, we are looking at 100 x 12 = 1,200 jobs for Singaporeans. Of course, juror must be Singapore citizen in order to qualify.

The jury is a bad idea, given how racist most people are.

In the US, white juries have been known to frequently acquit white cops for police brutality while a less white jury would have found the cops guilty. Remember the beating of Rodney King back in the 1990s in Los Angeles?
