Singapore NWC Salary Structure
1) Each Grade of salary between minimum and maximum ratio is 1.5
2) Each Promotion level between two grade of salary minimum ratio is 1.2
3) Each Team consist 5 to 10 members to has one leader
For example: We have 10 work permit holder salary between $900-1350 unskilled. The unskilled team leader paid should be $1080-1620. So the operation semi skill Singaporean and Work Permit Holder should be $1296-1944. The Supervisor salary should be $1555-2332.
The problem now is a company which less 20 person operation member team, they only need one or two Singaporean drivers which salary grade $1300-1800 and one operation supervisor which salary grade $1600-2200.
