WiMAX – Connecting the World

Committed to the future worldwide growth of WiMAX, Intel has formed partnerships with leading service providers to make 4G broadband wireless Internet access a global reality. In line with these efforts, Intel is a founding member of the WiMAX Forum, an industry-led, not-for-profit organization whose goal is to accelerate the introduction of WiMAX into the marketplace. Our global partners have partnered with Intel to accelerate WiMAX globally and represent a subset of the over 500 worldwide WiMAX providers.
