The funniest law is that if you kidnap someone or fire a weapon during a robbery and nobody gets hurt, you will probably still get the death penalty.
Whereas if you get drunk and kill someone with your car or get together with some gang members and whallop someone from another gang until he collapses and die, you probably won't in the latter case and almost certainly won't in the former.

Well, perhaps prevention is better than cure especially in cases where the elites could be involved.
