He is rejected by Malay footballers who insist that he must speak malay in the changing room even though he can speak English fluently

not used to eating nasi lemak all the time and players having multiple prayer breaks. Fuck back to Japan and run an Onsen.. You will make more money than lying about this shit

Just follow malay football team where players are mostly non malay.
More discipline in training and tactics. If malay player, half the time. Relative sick or dead. Take leave.

Being a coach of the Sinkie national football team is a stain on your CV. Please don't do it, not matter how great the pay is.

A coach can only do so much to improve the squad if he does not have quality players at his disposal. As such, he is only as good as his last game in charge. Ogura realises that he may be only one bad result away from losing his job so he decided to leave on his own terms.

The Football Association of S'pore is now reviving the Foreign Sports Talent Scheme for young foreign players, who fulfil the five-year residency period required by Fifa, before they are eligible to represent the Lions. This is a step in the right direction to strengthen our national team. New citizens were pivotal when S'pore won 3 Asean Football Federation Championships back in 2004, 2007 and 2012.

Our football team is jinxed since day one. Who the fark wants to teach players with coolie genes? LOL..

-----------------
His 16-match stint with the Lions comprises five wins, three draws and eight losses.

Two of those victories came in the last two matches, when Singapore beat Maldives in a friendly and Bangladesh in an Asian Cup qualifier.

In February 2024, Ogura replaced compatriot Takayuki Nishigaya, who was sacked after a string of dismal results. Former J-League player Nishigaya lasted less than two years on the job.

Before that, Tatsuma Yoshida helmed the team from 2019 to 2021.
