Singapore Customs detains 700 counterfeit women's bags, wallets

700 counterfeit women's bags and wallets of three popular brands were detained on Wednesday, said the Singapore Customs in a statement.
The counterfeit goods, imported from China, were uncovered during an inspection at Tanjong Pagar Distripark.
In addition, the brand owners were informed of the detention and can take legal action against the importer for trademark infringement.
