For Sep 21–28, the daily average was 27,643 swabs and 5,050 (additional) unique persons.
On May 5, the Straits Times quoted Health Minister Gan Kim Yong as saying that "Singapore is trying its best to scale up its testing capacity from the current 8,000 tests daily to about 40,000 as quickly as possible". I'm not sure if this number refers to swabs, but if so, Singapore is nearly there but still a little short.
