Boss, as a proponent of anarcho-capitalism, I prefer zero taxes. Not that it would "spur investment and entrepreneurship" though. Nor would flat taxes. Investment and entrepreneurship are dependent on a myriad of cultural, political and economic factors. It is certainly more complex than just the tax structure.
