Singapore Airlines flight SQ246 from Brisbane to Singapore diverted to Perth because of ‘technical issues’​

A Singapore Airlines flight from Brisbane to Singapore has been diverted to Perth because of a “technical issue”.

The airline confirmed that flight SQ246, which departed Brisbane on Monday night, had been re-routed to Perth Airport about 5am on Tuesday after the Airbus A350 encountered “technical issues while airborne”.
