Converting golf courses into residential areas to avoid overcrowding is like urinating to stop a forest fire.
It simply won't work.

More residential areas = more people and vehicles = worse overcrowding. It's simple logic.
Why is everyone fooled by the twisted narrative from the PAP govt?

I don't play golf, but it seems to me that the govt is attempting to grab land for cheap... again.
