If people were nice to each other most of these shootings would not happen.

The shootings are usually a reaction to being tormented by other members of society to the point where something snaps.

There are examples here too with certain members constantly heaping abuse on others. Who knows what will happen if the wars here spill out into the real world. Somebody could well get shot or stabbed to death.
