The man in oral sex scandal in taxi identified as the ex-CFO of Times China Holding Limited
13th July 2020 – (Hong Kong) At around 9.16pm on 7th July, a woman dressed in white was caught performing oral sex (video)on a middle-aged man in a taxi. The taxi driver reportedly sent the woman to Bonham Street in West Central before dropping the man off on College Road in Kowloon. The video went viral and the man was eventually identified as the 43-year-old Wong Wing Nin who served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Times China Holding Limited (HK：001233). He was primarily responsible for the Group’s financial reporting and investor relations.
The company made a public announcement on 10th July that Mr.Wong has formally resigned as the CFO of the company.

Last Wednesday (8th) after the sizzling video was leaked on social media, the company’s stock price fell 3 days in a row, and the latest closing price was HK$15.62. Mr. Niu Jimin has since replaced Wong as the new CFO.
Mr. Niu Jimin serves as Executive Director of the Company. He is currently a vice president of Times Group and the head of the financial funding and costing department, responsible for planning and management of financial accounting, funding operation and taxation matters. Prior to joining the Group in 2011, Mr. Niu worked in the finance management department of Guangzhou Vanke Real Estate Co., Ltd. (“Guangzhou Vanke”) as regional finance manager from December 2005 to December 2007. He was head of operation analysis of the operation management department and a senior manager of the project development department of Guangzhou Vanke from December 2007 to April 2008 and from November 2010 to March 2011, respectively. He was head of finance department of Wuhan Vanke Real Estate Co., Ltd. from May 2008 to October 2010. Mr. Niu obtained a bachelor’s degree in management from Sun Yat-Sen University in June 2001 and a master of business administration degree from Hong Kong Baptist University in November 2012. Mr. Niu graduated from School of Finance of Renmin University of China with an EMBA degree in January 2015.
