Flat sharing option availiable

SCHOOL-BUS driver Abdul Kamar pays $324.50 a month to rent a three-room flat in Toa Payoh.
Sounds cheap?
It is but there is one condition. He must share the space with another household - who pays the same amount - under the Housing Board's interim rental housing (IRH) scheme.
