The Sell price for this trustee stock is always quoted lower than the screen
spot rate shown on Bloomberg and other financial sites.
Apparently, it is updated a bit late or there is some other reason.
But, the funny thing is - the sell price is always lower than
the international spot rate.
Example: Spot rate is 13.68. The SGX sell rate is 13.28.
Which means, one can buy the stock at a lower price than
the prevailing spot price of gold and then wait for the SGX listed price
to be invariably updated. !
Maybe there is some mistake in my observation.
Does anyone here, have an explanation on this ?
