I never listen to clerics and doctors. Ate butter, eggs, fries, banana fritters, as long as no pork and lard.
 
You need cholesterol to make Vitamin D during exposure to sunlight (which has other benefits, ignore the skin cancer fearmongers).

You can eat bananas or apples and let the potassium displace excess sodium. Sodium itself is not bad and is essential for life.

Sugar is not the problem, high fructose corn syrup is. Diabetes is a liver problem, not a sugar intake problem.

Refined sugar is problematic as well but not natural sugar from fruits and veggies. I w as t about 5 eggs daily, no problem.
