In Kelantan parti Islam state, they allowed Chinese financed by any moh to plant durians on 10k acres of land. Going for listing and become billionaires.
Meanwhile in UMNO controlled state, they are confiscating Chinese plantation who planted durian illegally. It's illegal only because they applied for permit but rejected. Now big corporation taking over those planted trees linked to Pahang royalty.
