cyclist jin guai lan. taxi signaled, slowed down and let him go past before turning left but he buay song taxi cut into dotted line by 6.9 inches causing him to swerve by a foot. moreover he was deadset at overtaking the other cyclist at a faster speed knowing full well junction is cumming up. fucking entitled cyclist who thinks the road is wide open only to him for tdf.
