in this instance, even if cyclist had veered to the extreme left, there is no room for car to pass on left lane. The cam car driver has issues seeing cyclist on the road as he could have easily pass but inisist on agravating the situation by honking and possibly manoeuvring the car as close to cyclist as possible to show his disgust.

Not really, these FTs should not be discouraged from cycling on highways. But drivers who knock them down should be given total legal immunity, doesn't matter if the cyclist dies or gets injured.

In other words: "you cycle there at your own risk" and the drivers do not need to stop after knocking them down.
