Secondly, he make most of his wealth by charging exorbitant prices for his seminars la. For company staff courses, he reportedly charges > $2000 per staff, LOL.

With more than 2 decades siphoning monies through motivational courses and only has $18M in investment portfolio, he is not really considered a success.
If he really practices what he preaches in his YT investment videos, he should have at least $180M by now and not just $18M.
