Punggol and Sengkang: most young families stay there. Their default location upon buying a new flat.

Tampines: it has three malls clustered very near the MRT station. If you consider Tampines Hub to be a 'mall' too, that makes four malls.

Jurong: it's more of a huge zone with many industrial areas. Jurong East Central is now a giant messy construction site.
