To be fair to the great number of shamelessly stupid and greedy Singaporeans who regularly prostrate themselves before 4D, TOTO counters, slot machines, casino tables (e.g. roulette, blackjack etc), all these thievery organisations (aka casinos, Singapore pools etc) need to routinely disclose to their victims the true measure of their stupidity (info sheet to be made available, customers to sign informed consent form agreeing to exchange their hard cash for a draw ticket of much lesser value):

PS: expected value is the average ticket/ bet refund value PER GAME based on the total payout of ALL winners vs the total amount of $ submitted as bets.

So many Sinkees I see queueing outside 4D/ TOTO outlets and milling around sands casino means that most Singaporeans are either arrogant (think that they are gods who can manipulate odds not in their favour) or have skipped their IMH appointments (are schizophrenics in state of delusion)... maybe the most logical reason is that most skipped school and are thus uneducated/ illiterate people.... (or we could also blame SG pools for being the greatest THIEF of all.)
