My friend's son had his helmet stolen by a Malay courier while his motorcycle was parked behind UOB Centre recently. In spite of available CCTV footage and a police report being made, the SPF seem to be treating the case as for "reporting purpose" or information only i.e. no further follow-up action required. Even though the crime rate is so low in SG, the police seem so lethargic in investigating such reports.
