That's part and parcel of what being a 'financial hub' is all about.
Fly-by-night businesses which are out to scam a quick buck will also want to set up shop here.
Don't expect the PAP govt to filter out the bad apples... many FTs with dodgy credentials had landed cushy jobs here, easily.
