I am the long term mistress or son of a rich man. He gave me multiple CCs with the condition that I can only use them for offline and online shopping, like on Amazon, Lazada, Grab etc. No fund transfer, cash withdrawal allowed. The CCs are not under my name and hence I do not have access to the banking apps, Internet Banking etc.

I am already paying for friends' bills using those CCs and receiving cash but the amount is very little. I would like to "convert" at least $10k cash monthly from those CCs. Any way to get cold hard cash out, I am even willing to pay a 5% fee?

How??? Any advice?
