I suspect someone sabo her. She needs to look around her neighbours to spot any kapo "new sinkies" or "PR" who reported the matter to the town council. Not every town have similar issues. She is unlucky to live in CCK with very Kuai Lang MP. After taking away her garden, she can no longer enjoy 'ACTIVE AGING". The RC will keep knocking on her door to participate in some dumbed activities for senile citizens.
