Probably repossessed by HDB and sold on open market for cheap

Now the buyer even knows how the skeleton looks like when alive. Don't think he'll stay there for long. Once the MOP is up, he'll quickly sell it off and get another place.

Bishan used to be a graveyard yet flats are sold for millions. What is the problem ?

Amazing that all windows were open and none of the neighbours smelled anything foul.
He must have been on one hell of a detox diet!

like that neighbours surrounding this spirit roaming unit will hear knocking every now and then?

Every night, he'll be living under the constant fear of seeing a skeleton walking about in the flat.
