They were arrested for being highly skilled at handling their bicycles?

A rested for in appropriate a tire. No spandex? Cheap bikes? Clearly not "one of us". Book them.

Lornie road (old) has now been shrunk to 2 lanes each direction instead of 3 lanes (previously).

They have now used the road to construct a very very good PCN for joggers and cyclists.

Very very serene and extremely calming everytime I cycle between CP4 and CP5 on the map above. The only thing is that between CP 4 and CP5, the track is undulating, so it can be quite taxing on a 16inch wheel bike (eg. Brompton) compared to larger wheel size bike...

..why still bicycle track around the circumference of SG ?
