I came across this news about a foreigner who is working as a Senior Lecturer in Ngee Ann Polytechnic despite having a degree from a degree mill. His name is Marc Jonet and he hold a Masters' degree from Breyer State University. Here is his LinkedIn page: https://sg.linkedin.com/pub/marc-jonet/30/32b/b80 . Here is the link to show that he is a Senior Lecturer at Ngee Ann Polytechnic: http://www.np.edu.sg/fms/aboutus/staff/Pages/ima.aspx

From a Wikipedia article written about it at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breyer_State_University, the following lines can be found:

"Breyer State University, also called Breyer State University-Alabama, is an unaccredited distance education, for profit, private university that formerly operated in the U.S. states of Idaho and Alabama and now reports a location in Panama. It has been described by The New Republic magazine as adiploma mill that "claimed official-sounding accreditation to attract hundreds of people to obtain degrees".

Here is another source from Yahoo which states that Breyer State University is very likely a degree mill: https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20101025210718AA7IwjE

It is very easy to find out if the university is a degree mill. Just pretend you want to get a master's degree, go through the application process and by the time they say pay $$$ for the cert, you know it is a degree mill.
