This just goes to show where peasants stand in the eyes of the elites compared to their own friends!

I am glad he is recovering well. Based on newspapers reports about him, he seems like a living saint.

"We would hate it if we’ve got to be looking behind our back all the time as we give out ang baos and visit the market, which I’m going to do. This is one of those rare instances which has happened to an MP and I do hope it’ll never happen again for whatever reasons," said Mr Goh. Mr Seng suffered 15 per cent burns to his upper body after he was set on fire at a Yio Chu Kang constituency event on 11 January. He has undergone skin graft operation to treat the burns and is recovering at the Singapore General Hospital. Mr Seng is now breathing on his own, without the help of a respirator. Mr Goh said that when he visited Mr Seng in hospital, he opened his eyes and lifted his hands to acknowledge him.
