Selina suffers third-degree burns

S.H.E’s Selina Ren and her co-star Yu Hao Ming met an explosive accident last Friday while filming My Date With Spring in China.
Ren suffered third-degree burns. They were shooting an explosion scene and the crew had tested the dynamite up to seven times – while the tests turned out fine, the explosives exploded earlier than intended while filming. Her heroic co-star immediately threw himself over Ren when the accident occurred, causing him to suffer great skin damage. Up to 35% of his skin is burned.
However, no information on Yu’s condition has been released. As for Ren, her arms, legs and back were burned and she will need a skin transplant. Her family and doctors are planning to fly her back to Taiwan for treatment. Though luckily for Ren, her face did not suffer any burns from the accident.
